By using Waygoly, you agree to these terms.

Use of service

Waygoly is a personal discovery library. You may use it to save, organize, and rediscover places, ideas, recipes, products, and experiences for personal use.

Your content

You own your saves and content. By uploading screenshots or photos, you grant Waygoly a limited license to process them solely to extract the details for you. When you save third-party content (like a post or a recipe you found), it stays a private personal bookmark with credit and a link back to the original creator — Waygoly does not republish it.

Acceptable use

Do not use Waygoly for illegal purposes, to scrape data, or to harm other users.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed as described on the pricing page. You can cancel anytime; when in-app billing is live, you’ll manage it from Settings. Refunds are at our discretion.

Leaving Waygoly

You can export your data or permanently delete your account and its contents yourself, anytime, from Settings → Your data.

Limitation of liability

Waygoly is provided “as is.” We are not liable for lost data or indirect damages.
